She is also a driving force in developing training programs and mentoring accounting professionals, delivering practical instruction in risk-based auditing, GASB reporting, and Single Audit execution. As an AICPA peer reviewer, Frances ensures the highest quality standards in the profession. She holds dual degrees in Accounting and Economics from the University of California, Riverside, and is licensed in California and Arizona.

Coley Delaney, CPA - Partner

Coley is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, a member of the AICPA and CalCPA, and licensed in California.

John “Jack” Georger, CPA, CIA, CGMA - Partner

Jack Georger is distinguished by a career spanning leadership roles at Big 4 and national accounting firms, with deep expertise in financial and compliance audits for cities, counties, and not-for-profit organizations. He is highly regarded for consulting on new accounting standards implementation, leading quality control reviews, and providing final technical assessments on complex engagements.

Nationally recognized for his thought leadership, Jack serves as a lead instructor for over 300 hours of continuing education annually and authors AICPA training materials. He is a technical reviewer for CCH Knowledge-Based Audits™ and several GAAP and GASB publications. Jack holds CPA licenses in multiple states, is active in professional organizations including AICPA, NYSSCPA, and GFOA, and earned his Accounting degree from George Mason University.
